Production          

Brief Description of process and Details of Machinery used :-

The usual process involved in all spinning mills is Blow Room - Carding - Draw Frame - Speed Frame - Ring Frame - Autoconer - Two for One twisters for Doubling.

Details are as under : -
(Lakshmi (LMW) Blowroom, Crossrol MK4 Model UK, (Cards with auto leveler), Draw Frame with Auto leveler Model RSB 851 supplied by Lakshmi (LMW), Ring Frame Model G5/1 supplied by Lakshmi (LMW), Autoconer's Schalafhorst Germany Model 238, Two for One Twisters for doubling supplied by Veejay Lakshmi Engg. Works, India.

Capacity of the Plant :-
We have got 24000 spindles in our mill and our monthly production is about 500 Tons per month and we are producing 100% polyester/100% viscose /P/V yarns. Quantity in each category depends on the foreign orders. We are exporting 80% of our yarn to overseas market (Far eastern countries/European/Brazil/Egypt and other middle east countries.)

Quality : -
We produce international acceptable quality within 5% uster norms.
We are planning to run polynosic fibre and dull viscose fibre in near future.
