 Stages Of Production & Packaging
Leather as per specification and requirement of Export Orders, are procured from captive tanneries.
A final selection of Leather and other materials (viz, Cloth, Lining, Thread, Elastic etc) is conducted at our central wearhouse to ensure that they are as per required thickness and specification of various Export Orders.
Random Leather samples are picked up and are tested as per EEC Norms by Internationally Reputed Independent Inspecting Authority (namely, SGS).
Leathers are marked and cut as per formats of various models of gloves and other safety products.
The cut components of various models are then stamped, by Screen Printing method,as per EEC Norms.
The cut components of gloves and other safety products (Aprons , Arm Guards , Leg Guards , Tool Bags etc) are then stitched by most skilled work force.
Vigourous In-Process Quality checking during stitching are conducted by experienced Supervisors.
Finished Products are now transferred to Central Ware House for final checking and packing in sea worthy export Cartons.
Necessary shipping Marks are then printed on the packed Cartons before In-House stuffing of the Containers under strict Supervision. |
